With Certitude you have the opportunity to work with incredible people, develop your career and support others to have a good life. Sam is moving into a new house of his own in Hillingdon and we are looking for a Manager to lead the new 24hour support team we are building around him. This is an exciting challenge for a Manager who is already skilled and experienced in supporting individuals with complex support needs, autism and challenging behaviour. Working closely and meaningfully with Sam’s family is an integral part of this new venture and we are looking for someone who can build and maintain a trusted and reliable relationship with both Sam and his family. This is a really exciting opportunity, you will be part of a new support approach for Certitude starting with making a real difference to Sam’s life.
