You will be expected to have strong written skills and draft marketing messaging copy to help increase awareness and enquiries for a range of products and services. You will also need to be savvy with online systems and platforms to help carry out research into new industries and companies to target, manage CRM systems, measure campaign progress and create reports. You will have confident communication skills and liaise with clients over the phone, email and through face-to-face meetings to provide regular updates. Working as part of dynamic and growing team, we also value your creativity and ability to give your own ideas. You will become really involved in the development of marketing strategy for our clients and our own in-house marketing. This could range from deciding on a different approach to our messaging copy, developing our service, researching new technology we can use, create online marketing content, through to drafting and designing marketing collateral. We want to keep the role as fresh and interesting as possible. Finally, but most importantly, you should be enthusiastic about marketing and have an approachable personality with a great sense of humour! Required Skills: Strong written skills. Confident communicator over the phone and face-to-face. Familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel. The ability to develop positive internal and client relationships. Proactive and creative approach to marketing and campaign strategy. Savvy with technology and online platforms. Team worker and the ability to take ownership of your own projects. Desired Skills (not essential): Some experience using CRM systems e.g Salesforce. Understanding of marketing, either through degree or work experience Familiar with LinkedIn especially Sales Navigator Experience using mailing software e.g. Salesloft Ability to work a part of a small, close-knit team Personality: Enthusiastic about marketing!
