Global Marketing Manager Role Summary : You’ll be inputting into our global initiatives to drive profitable and sustainable brand growth for Greenalls. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a smart, commercially savvy, strategic thinker to bring their exceptional marketing skills to the world of premium drinks managing a portfolio of brands with a global presence in multiple markets. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced entrepreneurial company. You’ll be working closely with the company’s International Brand Director; the successful candidate will lead and execute on diverse projects. Key duties and responsibilities of our Global Marketing Manager: - Building on an already successful portfolio and executing a strong ROI - Define and deliver the global communications plan as well as brand NPD pipeline - Implementing innovative liquids and packaging as part of the brand strategy - Be the interface between internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment between businesses whilst progressing and maximizing every new opportunity - Take a lead role in evolving the brand strategy to ensure it remains current, aligned to trends and category evolution, and provides a competitive edge - Play a leading role in the management of the overall global brand P&L - Continuously improve through strong ROI and evaluation against pre-determined goals and against competitive activity/industry trends. Implement timely actions that keep the brand on its planned growth trajectory Skills, experience and knowledge required to be our Global Marketing Manager: - Bachelors degree or similar OR 8 years experience in brand marketing in drinks, including proven excellence in all aspects of the marketing mix - Strong commercial marketing skills, and international brand management. - Experience in a lead role in evolving and inputting into a brand strategy - Ability to foresee that it remains current and aligned to trends, category evolution to ensure that it provides QB with a competitive edge - Able to oversee the implementation of all global initiatives, this includes distribution partners in international markets - Must be mobile to travel up to 25% of the time Values and behaviour of our Global Marketing Manager: - Embraces change and demonstrates creative flair - Works cooperatively within and across boundaries to achieve shared goals - Demonstrates a strong customer focus and creates relevant objectives - Shows ambition of spirit and resilience If this exciting new innovative opportunity as our Global Marketing Manager excites you, and you would like to be part of an entrepreneurial team then we want to hear from you, please apply now!
