Programme Test Manager up to £500/day, 6months contract To develop and manage the test strategy, approach and delivery of an end to end programme. This will include management of internal teams and external suppliers across may different workstreams. What will your role be? · Define, design and lead the delivery of the overall test strategy and approach for the programme · Lead and deliver the End to End Test Workstream defined in the test strategy and approach · Work closely with Business, Technology and Operational Leads to understand requirements and objectives from a testing perspective · Work closely with customer and external suppliers involved in the end to end solution · Identify and manage the correct test resources (be that internal or external teams) · Ensure targets and milestones are set and met for the workstream · Set criteria for entry to - and exit from - End to End Test phases · Identify and manage Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies and over all test plan · Operate tight change control in line with programme team · Deliver the outputs on time, to scope, with good quality, and within budget · Provide such reports as may be required by management and other workstream members What are we looking for? · Experience leading programme test workstream including creation of strategy, approach and delivery · Experience managing test workstreams spanning internal and external teams · Experience of testing in the telecoms industry; technical background with the ability to measure and predict testing progress, testing KPIs.
