Marketing Executive Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Peterborough Sales & Marketing Office Contract: Permanent, full time Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 plus performance related bonus Company Profile: Our client is a specialist in power conversion, using expert knowledge to specify, and source and purchase power supply products for use in any customers' application and across all industries. Our comprehensive ranges of products include DC/DC Converters, AC/DC Internal and External Power Supplies, Battery Chargers and LED Drivers. Key Position Objective: To assume Day-to-Day responsibility for the companies marketing activity in line with their aims and targets. Our client are looking to grow their sales by £700k in their current financial year (1st October 30th September) and this position is pivotal to achieving this growth. Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate will have a Marketing degree, with at least 3 years relevant business experience and is ready to take the next step in their Marketing career. Key Responsibilities: • Managing Website Content. Includes adding images, PDF's etc to web pages • Creation & Execution of Marketing campaigns in line with our aims. This includes Planning, Costing and Time Scales. Analysing progress and tracking results. • Responsibility for creation of online and printed literature. • Creation of PR including Advert, Editorial and Advertorial copy. • Liaise with publications. Identify and negotiate with suitable publishers. • Photography. Ability to take product shots for use across all forms of media. • Responsible for Social Media campaign. Management of LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. • Creation of regular newsletters. This includes identifying the right platform for the company • Research into new markets and opportunities. This involves identifying new customers, including distributors, and verifying the correct contact details for the Sales Team to contact. • Competitor research and analysis. What are our competitors doing? Keep us ahead of the game. • Reinforcement of the Brand. You will be expected to make telephone contact with prospects. • Photography (image shots) • Fully conversant with Google Adwords & Analytics (essential) • Experience of CRM Systems • Microsoft Office • PDF creation & editing • Willing to travel. At times visits to our distribution centre, customers and suppliers may be necessary. Candidate must be able to work on his or her own initiative with minimal monitoring.
