The L&D administrator will administer the day-to-day functions of the global Learning Management System (LMS) and Digital Asset Management system (DAM). This position is responsible for the support, development, delivery and maintenance of content, curriculums, assets, learners, and other resources used for instructional functions and the communication of learning. Working with the Global Digital Professional Education & Development (GDPED) team to ensure professional education is available to learners on our global LMS system. L&D administrator will also be responsible for cataloguing and maintaining educational "master" assets on the DAM. The administrator will be asked from time to time to help create or edit intermediate-level visual media for professional education. Responsibilities: Assist with the general administration and reporting on the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS) and associated digital learning platforms Assist with the expansion of Absorb LMS into digital platforms around the world Provide technical support and guidance to regions/markets with regards to LMS activities Maintain the Prof-ed "master" digital file kits in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform Oversee access to LMS, DAM, SharePoint and other associated digital learning platforms Provide weekly global prof-ed reporting sourcing data from various digital platforms Work with local and regional Prof-ed teams for LMS Course development activities Provide occasional minor editing of Articulate Storyline or Rise courses and videos Generate graphics and static content that will be used in educational materials including videos, websites, html e-mail, lectures and promotional material Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing a modern Learning Management System (LMS) Detail oriented, ability to visualise and manage complex learning programs over time Highly organised, able to provide consistent digital asset management practices and quality control Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with web-based systems Ability to work with user and course data for report analytics using Microsoft Excel, Tableau Intermediate understanding of Articulate 360 suite of software including Storyline 3 and Rise Intermedia level at Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign Intermediate level understanding of digital video production and video formats Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms Ability to write intermediate HTML code with for usage in Email and Drupal CMS Ability to manage time effectively Organisational skills to archive course materials into digital asset management system Passion for learning technologies If you have the skills and experience to work for this world-leader in medical health provision, click apply today!
