Insurance Account Handler
Location: Lancing
Salary: £21,652.00 + Company benefit package
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
(Free parking available on site)

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of an Insurance Account Handler to join their friendly and highly reputable organisation based in their offices in Lancing.

Responsibilities:

* First point of contact for the company's portfolio of client products to existing clients
* Ensuring efficient administration and management of their policies
* Building strong client relationships though offering outstanding customer service
* Cross sell and up sell on additional and relevant products to existing clients
* Give information, guidance and quotes to prospect clients for their insurance needs
* Work to targets set for client retention, new business growth and lead generation
* Administration of policies in line with compliance and FCA regulations
* Processing and handling claims for clients
* Collection of premiums income in line with the organisations policies

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Proven background within the insurance industry ideally within a broker
* Knowledge of FA compliance and TCF practices
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organisation
* CII qualified or a diploma in Insurance or would like to work towards it
* Ability to work to targets and meet strict deadlines
