Role: Communications Manager

Location: London, UK

Start: 17th of December

End Date: 17th of August

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the client's global brand team, and Brand Manager to effectively deliver global brand campaigns and content, ensuring that content supports UK ER objectives, and that media spend in the UK is planned and optimised to its full potential
  • Identify opportunities for UK-specific content and campaign, brief and lead an agency roster in the planning and execution of an integrated campaign across multiple channels, with the ambition to create world-class, award-winning work
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure agencies and partners are delivering maximum value
  • Work with fellow UK ER teams to align on content opportunities and output that can feed a 365 content plan to support country objectives

Requirements

  • Senior communications professional with proven experience in the delivery of world-class, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in developing brilliant content, leveraging earned, owned and social channels to reach and engage defined target audiences and help build client's reputation as an innovative, competitive and forward-thinking energy company of the future
  • Proven experience of agency management - managing multiple agencies to ensure an integrated approach to maximise output and value
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Live event experience (preferably B2B), able to work under pressure and understand the needs of delivering a high-profile event with and for senior-level stakeholders
  • Have strong writing skills, with the ability to guide agency and internal partners in the delivery of excellent written communications across the full suite of internal and external channels
  • Ability to influence, engage and excite stakeholders, to encourage participation
