Are you a digital marketing manager with a strong lead generation background and a strategic, yet creative flair? If so, we are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager who is able to push themselves both creatively and pragmatically in order to achieve results and help define a strong digital strategy in order to support business growth and lead generation within our clients commercial/residential property division.
This is a multi-faceted role so your ability to quickly understand and support initiatives that contribute to the goals and success of the overall business is paramount as you will be ultimately responsible for generating leads through your digital marketing efforts.

This role has come about due to business growth and as such, our client is looking to recruit an experienced digital marketing manager to join their busy and dynamic team in their Leeds offices.

Our client is a leading property consultancy and a national firm of chartered surveyors providing expertise across a range of commercial property services. These property services include agency, valuation and auction as well including the sale of business assets and a range of complementary advisory services.

The clients Head Office is based in Leeds with further prominent offices across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. The firm is part of a wider, AIM-listed Group employing more than 550 staff across a network of 50+ UK offices and has built a market-leading reputation for its B2B services.

Duties will include:

* Working closely with divisional departments to develop and implement new digital marketing initiatives within the property/auctioneer division.
* Monitoring and analysing market trends and studying competitors products and services
* Preparation and management of annual digital marketing plans
* Commercial awareness and experience in driving business revenue, increasing ROI, planning costs.
* Writing a wide variety of creative briefs, recommendations and reports for external agencies
* Identify competitors digital marketing techniques and benchmark against our clients website for greater campaign performance
* Demonstrate high levels of organisation, excellent time management skills and a passion to improve the day?to?day effectiveness of campaigns in order to improve results
* Supporting and creating B2B / B2C lead generation campaigns; through research, insights and testing as well as defining goals and metrics for successful campaigns
* Working closely with the Head of Marketing + Business Development

Digital capabilities:

* Define strategic approaches to projects and problems ? picking and justifying a mix of digital activities (SEM, social, content) and deliverables and be able to explain convincingly to business stakeholders
* Strategically optimise user journeys to increase conversions (understanding of A/B and multivariate testing is desirable)
* First-hand experience in; Google AdWords / Bing management, remarketing, paid search, google analytics
* Develop and manage paid Social Media activities across most of the popular social channels (using text, images and video)
* Experience in creative solutions such as landing page (with use of internal designer and external agency), copywriting, spilt-testing, creating visuals, Google experiments to constantly improve the conversion rates
* Develop, manage and analyse Email marketing campaigns
* Briefing and implementing website design and any new functionality changes via an external agency

We are looking for:

* Sound experience in a senior digital position
* Solid, combined experience in B2B digital marketing (some experience in B2C would be desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google + Bing) and Google Analytics
* Proven track record in creating content for marketing strategies and implementing the production of effective marketing collateral
* Proactive, ability to work on own initiative and manage own work load
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional team working capabilities
* Ability to think creatively and respond well to pressure
* Experience with various digital marketing tools such as AHrefs, Majestic, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog
* Knowledge of digital trends and a genuine passion for digital media
* Ability to speak Jargon-Free, be well presented, confident, professional and have a passion for the property industry
* Ability to motivate and inspire the wider team with benefits of digital marketing
* Proficient with Microsoft suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence

* Circa 40-50k salary (dependant on experience)
