Service Desk Analyst
Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be representing their client based in Renfrewshire in the search for a First Line Support candidate for their technology service client. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications. You will have proven experience in desktop related issues and be passionate about customer satisfaction. A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including servers, databases and networks are fundamental for this role. Responsibilities/Accountability: 1 st line support, for Desktop (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents) Customer focused Industry certified Call resolutions, technical support Internal and external support queries Create and maintain client accounts via Active Directory. Skills/Experience Proven track record of delivering within a service desk environment Understanding of ITIL and process Service Management methodology knowledge Interest in Incident and Problem Management Qualification/Certification requirements Experience with Active Directory Technical qualifications 2 years work experience To apply for this role, please click below.
