I am pleased to be supporting my client to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join their orders team. Currently based in Portslade, this is an award-winning, highly successful company with a supportive and dynamic team.

This role is due to an increased workload in the team due to their success.

Key duties:

  • Processing orders
  • Setting up new customer contracts
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Answering queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Administration and other office duties as required


You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. You must have strong IT skills and ideally experience using a CRM system.

This is a busy environment, so you must be able to work well under pressure. Ideally you will have had experience in a similar role, and worked in a team environment.

The starting salary is from £18k-£23k, but this is highly dependent on experience.

Interviews will be taking place w/c 5th November towards the end of the week.
