Location: Brighton and Portslade

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract:12 months

Salary:£6 per hour

An opportunity to work in a dynamic busy environment and gain valuable Customer Service and Administration experience. Swim UK are dedicated to developing their team through extensive training opportunities and alongside the NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Customer Services there would be the opportunity to qualify as a Swimming Teacher or Fitness Instructor.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Maintain and update the website, social media (Facebook and Twitter) and all other marketing mediums as required
  • Answer live website enquiries on Live Chat system
  • Assist in Induction sessions for funded learners
  • Monitor bookings in order to maximise attendance levels, and increase bookings as required in line with targets and profit margins
  • Assist in the booking of venues for Swim UK courses
  • Filing and general organisation of office marketing materials
  • Market classroom learning (courses for job seekers) within Job Centres and other locations
  • Develop mail merges to market information and update of learner/organisation databases – Sending regular Mail chimp marketing emails – creating and tracking
  • Assist in the preparation of course materials and registers prior to course start
  • Logging, recording and posting all certificates
  • Update Customer Relations system (Take a Byte) with learner information
  • Ensure that all work is scheduled in a timely and efficient manner meeting all needs and deadlines
