Ladieswear Supervisor We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant or accomplished Supervisor in continuing the pursuit of excellence in customer service that is required in our highly prestigious Ladieswear Department. Working with luxury brands and products, our aim is to deliver the best textile range, visual merchandising and overall customer experience that Scotland has to offer. Key Responsibilities Checking and ensuring that tasks are completed. Assist facilitating morning meetings and team briefs. Sharing product knowledge and best practice via training sessions. Support in ensuring every member of the team is inducted via the induction process. Act on building long term relationships with customers. Conflict resolution e.g. resolving any customer complaints. Actively communicate promotions in department. Ensure daily and weekly cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Assisting with visual merchandising. What we’re looking for Experience within the retail industry. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Excellent people management skills. Demonstration of a good understanding of product seasonality. Experience of supervising, motivating and leading a team. Who we need A Customer Service Ambassador.
