The SME Customer Communications Marketing Manager role will identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and enhance our communications strategy to our existing SME customers. Working very close with key business functions across the business, you will be accountable for the end to end process - from understanding customer needs, through to development and roll out.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will support the Customer Lifecycle & Communications Manager to ensure that we deliver strategic business priorities in line with our legal and compliance requirements. Additionally the use of data and insight to increase customer engagement throughout our existing customers and to our business.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have worked in a Customer Marketing function and ideally will have a communication delivery background. You will be comfortable with managing external and internal creative, print production and email automation functions. Ideally you will have worked in a B2B industry. You will have good stakeholder management and able to develop relationships. You will also need to be spirited and adaptable in a fast paced business like Worldpay.
