Job Description
Our client has an opportunity to work in a small but progressive controls company as the specialist BMS Project Manager with additional contract management and project engineering duties.
You will be required to liaise with operations director, design engineer and electrical supervisor to manage BMS controls installation projects varying from £10,000 to £300,000 from start to finish.
Your duties will include preparing the 'Description of Operation’ at the start of the project to compiling the 'Operation and Maintenance Manual’ on completion, with responsibility for managing all financial aspects (applications, invoices and variations) including ordering throughout the contract period.
The role will be customer facing as you will be required to attend site meetings both on site and at the client’s offices.
You must have a full driving licence and live within the South East or London area.
You will be expected to work from our client’s office when not on site although there is some flexibility when working from home is a more productive option.
Skills Experience
A hands-on background in Trend BMS controls is essential
Most recent experience in Project Management specialising in Trend BMS is essential
Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
Trend software writing ability is desirable
Control panel design is desirable

£40 - £50K Annual (salary dependent on experience) plus company benefits
