Job Description

The Solutions Engineer supports the pre-sales process through client needs analysis and the design of customized solutions. He/She partners with Sales, Information Systems and Delivery Services to develop services that meet client expectations. Additionally, the Solutions Engineer performs ongoing process analysis across programs to determine best practices, and leverages this knowledge in development of new services and opportunities to expand offerings within current client base. The Solutions Engineer will apply Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies in his/her role to drive results and improvements.

Performance Responsibilities:

· Provide pre-sales support by conducting needs analysis for new

business opportunities

· Define program goals and objectives

· Build program metrics based on Client Goals

· Work with Client on data files needed to support program

implementation

· Develop standardized Client reporting to reflect program successes and

opportunities

· Create solutions that addresses Client’s needs in terms of Cost, Quality

and Delivery

· Lead cross-selling and service enhancement activities within existing

client base

· Develop documentation for all opportunities including: needs analysis

· form, Process Flow, ARCs, Statements of Work

· Coordinate communications during the presales process leading the

successful execution of SOW

· Provide ongoing support to new programs during the implementation

phase

· Make recommendations for innovations and improvements based on

analysis of Client needs

· Interact closely with all departments within the organization across

multiple sites

· Support Current State Assessments

· Must sit in UK or Netherlands, remote office

Qualifications:

 

· 5 years experience in Sales, Account Management and/or Client Services

· Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired, or required certification within 12

months

· Understanding of OnProcess products and services

· Process Engineering & Data Analysis

· Proficient in MS Office Tools – (Specifically Excel and Access)

· Proficient in Project Management Methodology

· Excellent Written and Oral Communication

· High degree of professionalism

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Daily operation of various office based equipment: fax machine, telephone & voice mail operating system. Desktop/laptop computer, e-mail system, cell phone, copier

· May be required to sit or stand (presentations/meetings) for extended periods of time

· May spend extended periods operating desktop computer, requiring hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity; and communicating face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing

· Light lifting of paperwork, folders or other general record keeping materials
