This is a very exciting role for a graduate looking to join a growing fashion company working for their young trend led brand. You will be the companies Administrator helping in all areas of the company including: Design, Production, Sales, Sourcing and Trend Research

This is a great start to your career in fashion and a fantastic opportunity to learn how the manufacturing business works in all departments.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Administration for all departments
  • Stock Allocation, Purchase/Transfer Orders
  • Liaising with Suppliers and Freight Forwarders re: Import/ Export/UK Distribution
  • Liaising with buyers and develop/maintain good relationships
  • Processing re-orders and stock-orders
  • Helping designers with ideas and trend research
  • Follow and amend the Critical Path
  • Sourcing fabrics and trims

Person Requirements:

  • Fashion graduate
  • Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good organisational and planning skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
  • Must work well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management
