We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse to manage our prestigious 76 bedded Care Home in Ripon, North Yorkshire. Lister House offers diverse services of exceptional quality and is split into three areas for residential, nursing and dementia care, there is also a day care facility.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who has experience of managing a care home and a proven track record of working with CQC regulations and standards. Having passion and enthusiasm for quality and person centred care is vital for this demanding role. Experience in managing large budgets the ability to inspire, lead and develop a large staff team is essential.
