About the Forecast Analyst role: Working within the Planning Department, this is an exciting opportunity for a Forecast Analyst to provide the business with an accurate short, medium, and long-term forecast for all products they supply to customers. You will be responsible for producing day to day production forecasts and plans and a detailed rolling 12-week forecast for wider business purposes. You will also monitor and record the factory's progress against the schedules, and act as the main point of contact within the business for internal and external forecasting questions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm About you: Background within a busy planning team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Knowledge of FMCG planning / forecasting Knowledge of the customer and their ways of working Good knowledge of computer systems especially Excel, Advance/Intermediate level skills required (standard functions and spreadsheet design) Works well under pressure and good time management Good communicator Works to deadlines Able to work well in a team and individually They want the best people to work for them and they know that a supportive and friendly working environment plays a key role in attracting and retaining employees.
