Credit Controller Comms-care are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Credit Controller to join a dynamic and fast paced finance team at our Head Quarters in Lostock Gralam, Northwich. The position will report to the Senior Credit Controller and indirectly to the Finance Manager however, liaison with other departments such as Sales is required on a daily basis. Salary: Up to £19,000 + Benefits & Training Hours: Mon to Friday, 9-5:30 Location: Lostock Gralam, Northwich, CW9 7UA Comms-care is a leading channel-only provider of IT support and service solutions. The successful candidate should have significant and dedicated experience in credit control and work well as part of a team. The right person must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be computer literate, have excellent attention to detail and have a willing attitude to perform varied tasks. Principal Accountabilities but not limited to the following: Credit Control - Chase Debtors for payment Issue of monthly statements Review of credit limits Resolving invoice queries Assisting generally with on-going Accounts practice General admin support as required throughout the business Fundamental to this role: Dedicated Credit Control experience Sage Line 50 experience Confident communication skills and an excellent telephone manor Well presented with excellent numeracy and literacy skills IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and ideally with Sage Accounts experience Comms-care benefits include: Auto enrolment pension 28 Days annual leave, inclusive of statutory allowance, increasing with service Full training & certified training where applicable Career progression Free Parking Health Care Plus more All offers of employment at Comms-care will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks including DBS check (formerly CRB check) references.
