How you can expect to spend your day: The TAM team sits as a hybrid role between trading and accounts management. The team are required to be a technical point of contact to the client, traffic and manage the running of a campaign. 1. Delivering and executing great campaigns, i.e. ensuring we’re the top performing partner on plan through: Supporting the trading team by relaying information from the client in a timely manner, including pixel setup and tags, targets, competitor performance, external factors affecting campaign, setting up the required reports etc. Monitoring campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target Fielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information etc. Pro-actively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & KPIs, what is/isn’t possible etc. 2. Helping the client develop and implement their wider display strategy through: Helping them achieve ‘client firsts’ – doing something new for their brands, like sophisticated dynamic prospecting or hyperlocal strategies Becoming their go to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific areas (mobile, brand safety etc.) or wider display strategy Going the extra mile in terms of servicing – being proactive and giving them truly bespoke insights during and after campaign Understanding the bigger picture by learning about your clients’ products, general industry trends, or developments in digital marketing that may be relevant to them 3. Campaign Trafficking Helping pre-campaign builds, by organising the uptake of tracking tags on a client’s site. Directing the client/agency on ad specs to ensure the correct creatives are provided. This will also include working with our partner company Understanding of the company system to accurately assess the client’s audience pre-campaign. The candidate will be expected to build out basic strategies for advertisers based on insights gained from the tracking tags placed on site. The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the team. Demonstrating an analytical and data driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail We deal with lots of data, so you should be comfortable manipulating it and using it to back up your analysis and recommendations Sometimes things don’t go to plan – you will need to use your initiative to try to solve problems (under-performing campaigns, discrepancies etc.) 3. Showing an entrepreneurial spirit We want you to show ownership, initiative and accountability and to generally be proactive when leading campaign executions As a fast-growing company, we rely on everyone’s input to make our company and processes better 4. An ability to work well under pressure, autonomously, with an ability to handle competing priorities 5. Although the previous experience is not required for this role, the candidate will be expected to have a willingness to learn new skills. Full training will be providing from senior members of the team to bring you up to speed in all areas of trading and account management.
