Junior Service Designer The Junior Service Designer will work within Comms-care’s new Service Strategy Department, reporting to the Head of Service Strategy. This is a new and exciting role assisting with ongoing projects to update, expand and develop Comms-care’s service offerings. Salary: Up to £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with service Contributory pension scheme along with health care plans Free parking Location :Office Based (Lostock Gralam, Northwich, CW9 7UA) Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday About the role Responsibilities will include: Log and track “Service Suggestions” received from interested parties Support for customer meetings / workshop with planning and facilitation Follow standardised service design processes to document and release services Review and edit service documentation to ensure that it is clear, concise and fit for purpose Update and maintain the service portfolio and its service catalogues to ensure data is correct and up to date About you You will have: Some experience of working within an IT services organisation Excellent communication and organisational skills, working pro-actively and as part of a team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience of working in an ITIL v3 based organisation Willingness to take on new responsibilities, a can do attitude and attention to detail You may have: A design-based background or experience of a working within a service design team An understanding of project management processes An ITIL v3 Foundation certification Experience of designing processes and flow charts in Microsoft Visio About Comms-care Comms-care is a leading channel-only provider of IT support and service solutions.
