Remote 1st/2nd line support based South Manchester (close to Manchester Airport) to £22k - One of the North West’s most progressive and innovative Managed Service Support Companies is expanding and seeking to recruit an outgoing and ambitious IT Service Desk Analyst to join an established team. THE PERSON 18 months+ commercial experience of providing 1st/2nd line support MS Server 2008/2012/2016 Active Directory (setting up users, deletions etc) Exchange administration Office 365 portal admin Knowledge of LAN, VLANs General Desktop, Windows 7, 8, 10 etc Any experience of Apple,Macs, Virtualisation, Sharepoint admin, Switches/Routers would be beneficial A team player with previous helpdesk support experience you will possess excellent fault finding skills, be well organised with an ability to communicate with clients, gather information and prioritise. ROLE Your role as IT Support Analyst will involve providing 1st & 2nd line remote support to a wide client base. This will involve supporting a variety of issues via remote technology, identifying problems, troubleshooting and escalating where appropriate.
