The successful candidate will promote and market the business to their existing and future partners in the Media Sales Industry. To be considered you will have solid experience in a similar marketing role (1-2 years) and will likely be looking to move on from a first job for an opportunity to showcase your talents and develop your career. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading projects and motivating people, and an ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities •Have a solid understanding of all publishers and media channels managed by our clients •Promote our offering and share our research and achievements through our digital assets •Maintain an understanding of the audiences we can deliver •Monitor and research trending topics within industry news, spotting opportunities to boost engagement •Use data and insight to develop creative, engaging content •You will be responsible for managing all marketing collateral prepared for the Sales team, including presentations and comprehensive responses to agency briefs, and all collateral prepared within the marketing team •You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing content and collateral prepared •Develop the research offering, including market research and case studies •You’ll have a good eye for design and strong copywriting skills, responsible for safeguarding the tone and messages of all internal and external communications •Writing and staying on top of content schedule •The Socials are a big focus moving forward, so you’ll have experience managing and developing social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter •Website development and management •Coaching and developing team members is preferred but not essential •Key areas of responsibility for this role cover research, digital marketing and branding development •Required IT skills: Microsoft Office (in particular Powerpoint, Excel and Word) Training and support will be on-going for the successful candidate.
