Service Desk Analyst
Service Desk Analyst My client is a very successful client based in London, they are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team of six. The candidate will come in and be a solid 2nd line support person, with aspirations of progressing to the Service Desk Team Leader or Manager. The role will involve 8 hour shifts, which can start at 7 am or finish at 10 pm. You must be open to this as well as weekend work in order to apply. Shift allowance will be paid on top of the base salary. Key Skills: Windows 7/Office 2010 as a minimum Active Directory Hardware from desktops, laptops and tablets Mobile devices including Blackberries, Apple and Samsung Hardware builds and deployment Software deployment This is a permanent role, paying £28-32k basic + £4k on-call = £32-36k.
