Fraud Investigator Role As a Fraud Investigator you will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of suspected fraudulent policies, therefore minimising financial loss to the company. On a day to day basis you will evaluate fraud indicators, which will include gathering evidence from a multitude of sources and presenting these as a case. You will be expected to complete full scale searches on external information, which may not be readily available, so you need to have an eye for detail and natural problem-solving ability. You will be expected to make decisions following the analysis and outcome of investigations, be able to clearly justify them and be held accountable, so you need to be confident in your own abilities and also show the ability to complete a thorough investigation. As the fraud investigator you will be expected to adhere to regulatory requirements, legislation and procedures ensuring that full compliance is maintained in line with CIFAS rules. You will be expected to also perform additional duties on an adhoc basis as and when required. Working hours for this role are 9am-5pm.
