As our CRM Data Manager you will support the Sales and Retention Operations teams in the provision of data for dialling through the automation of processes. You will also provide data from the Dialler and CRM systems to the analytics teams, to support Sales and Retention reporting. You will manage 2 Data Analysts. Responsibilities as our CRM Data Manager include: - Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data - Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects - Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards - Assist with reports and data extraction when needed - Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses - Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications - Ownership of Consumer and Business prospect data. - Development of the CRM system to optimise prospect to sale processes and conversions. - Provision of data from the CRM and other pre sales sources such as Google Analytics to the Analytics team. - Selection and provision of data for dialling across Business and Consumer including use of Artificial Intelligence - Ensure compliance of applicable regulations such as GDPR and the Telephone Preference Service. - Supporting the setting of targets at agent for Direct Sales and Retention department level - Daily monitoring and tracking of campaign performance for Consumer and Business. To become our CRM Data Manager, you will have the below skills and experience: - Proven experience as Data manager - Has led the development of a CRM in a high volume data business - Has managed and led the automation of complex campaigns in a outbound environment - Excellent understanding of dialler operations - Advanced SQL Knowledge including SSIS - Advanced knowledge of Excel including VBA - Knowledge of contact centre fundamentals - Strong knowledge of data management legislation and best practice, including GDPR - An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field - Experience of marketing data analytics utisling AI and Machine Learning to allow marketing teams to predict outcomes with unprecedented accuracy and to personalize customer engagement (desirable) Working for Vitality as our CRM Data Manager you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
