1st Line Support Engineer
A leading supplier of electronic care planning systems is looking for a talented 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. Their software helps care workers and managers record the magic of a resident's day with the tools to deliver care without the burden and stress of paperwork administration. Over 18,000 care staff across 800 homes record 1,000,000 notes every day about things that really matter to the residents. About the Role: As their 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries, and providing both remote and live chat IT support to their clients. You will also be helping their device team upload their software onto devices for their customers. So, this isn't a care job. However, they promise this it isn't your normal IT job either. They need someone who is passionate about helping people and is enthusiastic about technology and innovation. They will be relying on your problem-solving nature to help their customers and make a difference every day. About You: Full UK Driving License Computer literate with the ability to investigate how something works Knowledge or experience of the Care industry would be advantageous Quick thinker who can solve problems & remain calm throughout Great communication skills (verbal & written) Willingness to learn and help others Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Passion for technology and using it to make people's lives easier Not afraid to share ideas Sounds interesting?
