This is a graduate level permanent position based in Shoreditch, paying £22k per annum. The Role: Our data team is responsible for the collection, analysis and interpretation of all data relating to campaign activity, ensuring that our clients understand how their consumers act, which then allows better communication with them. Key operations responsibilities include the selection of appropriate media technology, implementation of tracking tools and maintaining essential data structure. As Data Analyst your role consists of two key parts; ensuring the collection and population of data into our proprietary data warehouse and, more prominently, producing a range of analyses and insights for our clients. Your ideas and contributions will be valued from day one and you will have the opportunity to use your mathematical / statistical skills and experience to contribute to and shape the data products and analyses that we offer. Day to day responsibilities include: Producing campaign performance and audience insight for clients – this is the focal point of the role Working with media teams to collect, analyse and report campaign data to clients Working with media teams to ensure accurate and timely billing As a user of our data warehouse your input to our solutions development team will be valuable to iterative and on-going improvements Ensuring standardised campaign processes and data consistency across various offices and clients (heavily supported by our operations team) Contribute to reviews of media technology to assist agency technology selection Assist the deployment of company-wide initiatives Becoming a brand ambassador for the company, showing our values; inspiring, ambitious and inquisitive The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: A strong mathematical / statistical background (this will be a key part of your skills / experience) An analytical mindset with ability to look beyond the obvious Fine eye for detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines/requirements concurrently Ability to work independently and commit to own deadlines Exposure to and knowledge of data and analysis tools is beneficial but not essential By nature you will be curious, tech and data savvy
