Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO/Analytics/Website) I am looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO/Analytics/Website) to join my client, a fast growing lifestyle based North of London (Hertfordshire) We're looking for a CRO Manager to improve the customer journey for the website. You will be accountable for converting all traffic on the website. Working closely with marketing channel specialist (Paid, organic, CRM etc) and internal staff / external agencies to improve onsite conversion. Manage large projects and also day-to-day optimisation testing, analysis, recommendations and improvements. Key responsibilities: *Owning the customer journey by improving conversion rate for acquisition and retention across different marketing channels *You will create, own and deliver the CRO strategy for the website *Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver an enhanced customer journey that continuously optimises through iterations *Develop best in class optimisation toolkit *Effectively manage the program of activity *Develop business cases for major website changes *Critical and accurate analysis of test results and make User experience (UX) recommendations *CRO reporting and customer journey deepdive *Manage day to day testing activity to generate marginal gains through A/B and MVT testing *Sales impact is considered during any CRO activity and any risk mitigated *Manage the development of our in house CMS tool to allow the marketing team to optimise and iterate quickly and easily. *Shaping and honing the right ongoing approach for CRO work to ensure continued success and reduce risk. *Effective liaison with appropriate stakeholders to ratify change decisions *Acting as the primary touchpoint for external agency work and analysis output and activity *Keeping up to date with CRO methodology and technology *Develop and advise front end developer on google analytics tagging *Weekly and monthly reporting of conversion rate and sales *Hit sales target About you: *Outstanding knowledge of google analytics and other web behaviour tools *Great knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practice *You will be a self starter and have a proven track record of dramatically increasing conversion *Managed the web optimisation and conversion for an ecommerce B2C website *Managed complex a/b mvt tests across multiple pages *Created and developed testing plans with KPI's set *Managed internal staff and external design and build agencies *Preferably but not essential that you love dogs, cats or rabbits *Demonstrable passion to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
