Second Line Software Analyst Chelmsford £22k Permanent full time position Starting ASAP Job Description We are recruiting to a Second Line Software Analyst position based in Chelmsford - this permanent full time position is offered on an all year round or term time only basis. You will be responsible for answering calls from staff in schools in relation to issues and queries using SIMs software. You will be required to resolve these issues or queries through to resolution ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Whilst managing issues you will be required to maintain regular contact with the customer throughout the incident lifecycle, provide high level support to customers through emails, telephone and remote access tools, ensure updates are applied to open incidents/problem records on the company CRM system, work to agreed targets and objectives and to identify trends and escalate where necessary. The Package This is a full time position offered on an all year round basis or term time only dependent on your preference. The position is paying £22k for all year round and would be pro rata for term time only dependent on how many weeks you work per year. Job Requirements School administration experience using SIMs is desirable however not essential - we are also keen to hear from graduates or candidates with experience of working 1st or 2nd line on a service/help desk.
