O365 Exploitation Specialist AWE are currently recruiting for a O365 Exploitation Specialist to work in the IS division of the business, reporting into the team manager on a permanent basis. This role provides Content Management and Site Collection services and direction for the management assurance and exploitation of information assets. Key AccountabilitiesManaging all site collection functions, including libraries, lists, pages and Web Parts.Metadata and Search configurationSupporting the Site Owner and teams optimise the use of the site collection/sub-sites, including:Governing the SharePoint Information Architecture (IA) design and advocating best practice, including but not restricted to:Manage permissions and restrict and revoke access where necessary.Create, leverage and manage content types, site columns and templates for re-use in the sites.Setup and manage alerts to monitor activity on business critical information as required.Contributing to a Governance Forum.Attend SharePoint User Group meetings.Compile monthly reports on usage and progress of site collection.Contribute to Community of Practice for Site Owners and users in the site collection. Skills and ExperienceEducated to GCSE standard or an equivalent NVQ level, or demonstrable application of information management subject matter knowledge and experience.Able to communicate effectively at all levels with very good written and oral skills.Highly organised and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks, whilst maintaining effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation.Ability to use Microsoft SharePoint and Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Sound experience of document and record management principles and applications.Operating to a variety of processes and procedures for information management.Ensuring service excellence to fulfil customer expectations. The successful candidate must be willing to obtain and maintain a DV security clearance.
