We are looking for a Group Leader to join our Business Management team; you will be required to lead and drive improved business performance through the Business Management team, including the provision of analysis, insight and recommendations to various Directors.This position will encompass providing independent financial and business management assurance to the Directors within the key areas you will be supporting. You will need to manage, influence and motivate key employees, as well as leading significant organisational and culture change so effective people leadership within a matrix environment is important.The successful candidate will need to have:Extensive experience in a Business or Programme Control Leadership roleExtensive experience with annual budget planning roundsExperience with Earned Value Management, Project Controls, and project performance analysisExperience and understanding of financial controls, project planning and project cost engineeringProven track record of managing multiple discipline teamsProven track record of driving delivery, performance and continuous improvement within a highly regulated environmentThe ability to deal with complex business issues with reporting relationships Candidates must be willing to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
