A fantastic new role, seeking a Customer Service manager to work for a small but busy, family owned heating and plumbing business based in Wandsworth South London.

Seeking someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, embraces procedure and methodical working, friendly, great team player and has an outstanding telephone manner.

Your primary role as Customer Service Manager will be to take responsibility for managing the customer enquiries & bookings, as well as organising the engineers' diaries.

Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

Salary Expectations: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

Location: South West London, Wandsworth near Earlsfield station

Job Description:
- Providing 5* customer service at all times.
- Responding to client queries via: email and over the telephone.
- Ensuring all customers are responded to in a timely manner.
- Full diary management and booking jobs for two engineers.
- Liaising with business and accounts manager.
- Invoice management.

Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Strong customer experience is essential.
- Reliable, hardworking and self-driven.
- Very strong computer skills - Microsoft Office & preferably Xero experience.
- Friendly, bubbly and a great team player.
