Job Description

Stillwell Partners, founders and producers of Advertising Week, is seeking a Partnership Manager to be a part of our in-house Account Management and Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual who is an ambitious and creative professional with exceptional organization, communication, analytics, and presentation development skills. Knowledge and experience in live events, international markets, CRM tools is a plus.

Role reports to UK Commercial Director, based in London, UK.
 
Job duties to include, but are not limited to:
o    Assist Commercial Director with execution of partnership elements, projects, plans, and more
o    Maintain and manage a client database using our CRM tool
o    Manage and track sales conversations and sales cycle
o    Manage data analytics to track and effectively manage sponsorship success
o    Develop dynamic sales presentations for current and new marketing partners by incorporating research, category dynamics and a clear understanding of partner’s marketing goals 
o    Maintain an active pipeline of business opportunities
o    Help to foster existing partner relationships to ensure retention and growth 
o    Assist in building positive long term relationships with key decision makers
o    Manage and ensure activation of partner programs in cooperation with members of the activation staff (i.e.: Operations, Programming, Marketing)
o    Assist in execution of partnership deliverables and elements across different live events, content streams, and more
o    Provide accurate and reliable reporting information to be used in forecasting and management updates
o    Assist and engage with partners during events as needed
o    Assure partner deliverables are executed at applicable event(s)
o    Research and coordinate cross-promotional opportunities
o    Manage partner communication and messaging; ensuring weekly marketing and promotional messages are distributed to all participating partners
o    All other duties as assigned including event logistics and coordination for Stillwell produced events
 

Requirements
o    Minimum of 3-5 years applicable experience
o    Strong organizational skills 
o    Strong quantitative and qualitative thinking
o    Ability to learn on your own
o    Ambition for growth and strong work ethic
o    Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
o    Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
o    Experience in the advertising, media, tech or marketing industries advantageous
o    Eligible for US travel
