Technical Project Manager – Liverpool, Merseyside Technical Project Manager sought by thriving digital player at their award winning offices in Central Liverpool. This is a truly unique opportunity for an accomplished Technical Project Manager to undertake a wide variety of cutting edge digital projects on behalf of some of the UK’s most recognisable household names. Key Skills & Experience: -Proven Project management experience of software development, digital applications, or systems integration, demonstrating robust and deep working knowledge of the full project lifecycle -Experience of delivering CMS based projects preferable -Proven track record of successful and predictable delivery of on-time, to-budget, and to-specification projects -Knowledge / Qualification in a project management methodology, Prince2 or Agile, and/or membership of relevant project management body -Strong planning skills applied through Microsoft Project -Experience in risk and issue management -Demonstrable financial management skills and experience (multiple projects worth £250k - £350k+) -Strong client-facing stakeholder management skills, applied at all levels of client organisations Day to day responsibilities: -Delivery of assigned projects to agreed budgets, timescales and quality expectations. -End-to-end control of the project delivery process through delivery of all required project deliverables and pro-active management of issues, risk and change. -Diligent and disciplined tracking and management of project plan and budget, balancing the natural tension between profitability and high quality. -Transparent management of senior stakeholders through regular reporting and timely escalation of critical risks and issues. -Planning and booking resources for current and future assigned project work. -Managing project team delivery by assigning work-packages, holding regular stand-ups and other scrum ceremonies to monitor progress & ensuring all timesheets are accurate and up-to-date. -Providing project management support to new bid opportunities. -Regular communication and collaboration with Account Directors to identify sales leads and up-sell opportunities within existing customers. -Liaising with our internal Managed Services function to ensure that project and support activity is co-ordinated. -Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Delivery Methodology.
