We’ve built our entire business around quality of service, affordability and professionalism We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to grow and develop in our team in the Leeds Head Office so if you are looking for an enjoyable, challenging role and you have the key skills we would love to hear from you. Commercial Finance Analyst Role Purpose Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager and supporting the Homeserve gas installation marketing and sales functions: providing and interpreting clear performance data and analysis to enable and inform decision making. Key Duties ·Proactively provide timely, insightful, actionable and accurate financial analysis to the management team ·Understand and translate data for sales and margin performance to help inform management of true performance issues ·Supply month end information to support the results for sales and marketing activity ·Performance analysis to support and inform pricing decisions and proposition ·Support wider business stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Propositions and understand linkage to Operations ·Support the commercial finance and wider finance team with key projects, reporting and administration ·Own budget and forecast inputs ·Translate business requirements into reporting requirements enhancing clear requirements Qualifications & Experience ·Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA - Essential ·Experience of working with a number of non-finance stakeholders – Essential ·Excellent communication skills and enjoying working with the business, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships including with management – Essential ·Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail, able to make sense of complex data and interpret key trends – Essential ·Confident to support and challenge management in financial matters with a clear ability and confidence to communicate and present analysis – Essential ·Organised with good planning skills and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment – Essential ·Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (Microsoft BI desirable) – Essential Salary and benefits Salary – £25,000 - £30,000 40 hours per week Refer a friend bonus Pension Discounts for family and friends on boiler installations Child care vouchers 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Employee benefits scheme
