Are you an experienced hospitality recruitment professional who is looking for their next challenge? The Royal Automobile Club has a unique opportunity for a talented Recruitment Manager to join the HR Team at our prestigious private members club.

The Club:

The Royal Automobile Club is one of the leading private members clubs in the world. Prestigious yet always welcoming, we’re passionate about providing ever higher standards of dining, accommodation and sporting facilities. This role is dual located at Woodcote Park, our clubhouse set in 350 acres of Surrey parkland near Epsom, and our stunning London clubhouse in Pall Mall.

The role:

As Recruitment Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of HR and key internal stakeholders to develop and deliver a recruitment strategy which will result in hiring ‘right first time’ talent into the club. This will involve reviewing recruitment methods (including the expanded use of job boards and social media), managing the PSL of recruitment agencies and developing the presence of the club’s employer band.

You will also be required to manage the recruitment budget, develop a talent pipeline, oversee recruitment related policies, and train managers (in conjunction with the learning and development team) on best practice within the recruitment arena.

Most importantly, you’ll share our values. We combine a passion for our heritage with a desire to achieve new levels of excellence. We also seek to exceed expectations, treat each other with respect, and ensure mutual trust is at the core of everything we do. If you can live these values, you’ll see your efforts recognised and your potential nurtured.

When you join the Club, we’ll provide you with fantastic benefits including a pension scheme, employer paid health cash plan, free meals on duty and a genuine investment in your personal development.
