Kindertons Accident Management, is looking for a Claims Analyst to undertake the auditing of Claims files, preparing and invoicing for our busy Claims Analyst team.

You will be working in our largest recoveries and Debt collection team, based on Fourth Avenue just off of Weston Road Crewe.

Your role as a Claims Analyst is pivotal to the profit and recovering of monies from third party insurers. You will be in charge of monitoring invoices coming through, to ensure the figures are correct before passing through to our Recoveries handlers.

Role and Responsibility

We’re looking for an Analyst with excellent administration skills and a good eye for detail, who can assert themselves in verbal negotiations. In addition strong time management is essential to enable the successful candidate to manage their own caseload in a fast paced working environment.

You're going to need to be a decision maker, be a strong negotiator and a clear communicator. Excellent customer and client focus is essential. You'll have the confidence to handle your own case load of files and invoices to action and analyse, before filtering to our Recoveries Agents to recover monies owed to Kindertons.

You will have;

* A strong attention to detail, which is key to the role.

* To be able to work alone and to make your own decisions and use your own judgement, when looking at monies owed.

We are based on Weston Road central to Crewe. With Transport links from Stoke, Winsford, Middlewich Nantwich and more, we are easy to commute too and from. Walking distance from a number of bus stops or Crewe Train Station. Parking is provided on a rota basis too, or perhaps join our bike to work scheme.

You'll start at £17,500 and rise to £17,750 once you've passed your probation.

We love to reward our staff for doing a great job! You'll shift from 1st gear to 4th with progressive salary reviews every 6 -12 months where you can move from a level 2 Handler at £18,250, Level 3 Handler at £18,800, and a level 4 Handler at £19,700! All with (OTE) on top of your basic pay.

We aren't your everyday call office, we do things a little differently here! offering social working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm and the option of paid overtime if you wish to take it!
