Tradewind are recruiting! An exciting opportunity for an experienced Year 4 teacher seeking a new challenge.

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a committed, attentive and proactive Year 4 Teacher who will take ownership of their role and inspire a dynamic classroom. The successful candidate will be joining a well-structured and supportive team with excellent senior leadership. This role is a January 2019 start for a full-time fixed term role with a view to establish a permanent position within a well-respected local and friendly school. The salary will be Outer London scale £21,859 - £36,157 dependant on experience.

This primary school are looking for:
- An experienced Year 4 Teacher who can deliver high quality lessons and tailor lesson plans to individual pupils.
- A forward-thinking Year 4 Teacher with the capacity to lead from the front and act as a positive role model.
- A person with a high work ethic, that is driven and will always look to go above and beyond without question.
- Someone that is reflective on their own practice and always looking to develop professionally.

With a Good Ofsted rating and consistent positive feedback across all areas including pupil behaviour, this is a very exciting opportunity to make an impact and further your career as a Year 4 Teacher.
You will join a class of 26 pupils with the benefit of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant available through all lessons who will provide you with exceptional support and act as an extension of yourself ensuring quality teaching to all pupils.

The school is accessible from the closest train station by a 12-minute walk. The school has a car park but this comes on a first come first served basis, however there is parking around the school on the roads which is free.

- Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
- Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
