Finance Assistant - Term Time Only
Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Term Time Finance Assistant on behalf of a key client based in the Doncaster area initially on a temporary basis leading to permanent due to the urgent nature of the role. This role would ideally suit someone from a background within accounts payable, who has experience of working within an all round position. Duties of the role include: -Maintaining accurate banking reconciliation - Maintenance of purchase and ledger invoices - Allocating payments to accounts - Resolving issues and dealing with queries - Maintaining fixed assets register - Processing staff expenses - VAT returns - Petty cash - Budget preparation and follow-up in liaison with other non finance colleagues - Ad hoc duties as required Job requirements: - Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English - At least 1-2 years experience within an accounts department - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Excel - Confident liaising with individuals at all levels If you feel you have the relevant experience and wish to be considered for this position, please feel free to apply today!
