My client is one of the business construction contractors Yorkshire has. My client is now looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Contracts Manager to join their team. What we are looking for: Previous experience as a Contract / Project Manager Background within the Air Conditioning industry Full UK Driving License Experienced and qualified in Air Conditioning installations FGAS qualified and NVQ or City & Guilds trained Confident in all aspects of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration installs Ability to work within a team or on your own Excellent time management skills Excellent communication skills Quoting contracts including sizing rooms for heat loss data, selecting correct equipment to install based on client’s specification Ability to read and understand design drawings and incorporate client specifications Scale pipework from design drawings Excellent man management skills along with excellent organisational skills Ability to complete tasks to a tight deadline Excellent customer relation skills Package: Competitive Negotiable Salary, Vehicle, Pension contributions, Mobile Phone, Laptop (if require), opportunity to progress in a growing company This is an excellent opportunity for the right person.
