1st Line Support Technician
1st Line Support Technician We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Technician to be based in Brentwood. The 1st line support technician will be part of a team of 4 technicians providing 1st Line response helpdesk I.T support to staff nationwide. Tickets are logged and then responded to via Email and on the Phone with occasional face to face support if issues arise on site. Key Responsibilities: Working within a busy I.T service desk environment supporting and resolving a high number of tickets at 1st Line and escalating to 2nd Line Maintain strong and clear communication throughout discourse Remain polite and provide a high quality of customer service Key Skills and background: Experience of working within a 1st Line Support Role Experience of supporting Windows Experience of supporting Active Directory Experience of supporting Office 365 or Exchange For more details please apply.
