The What… Job Title: Product Specialist Pay: £17,680 per annum (pro rata) and 10% bonus, paid quarterly Working Days: 4 days over Monday - Friday Contract: Until 31st December 2018 Location: Preston Brook/Bredbury/Altricham Role requires a driving licence. You should have the ability to build relationships as this is essential to success. The working environment will be very busy, so being dynamic, and flexible are essential. The How… To ensure success, you will need to maintain an expert understanding of our client's products. You will be initially provided with in depth training to assist in this, and take part in regular follow up sessions to keep you updated. You can then share this knowledge in store with contact centre agents to increase sales and interactions with the products. Through building relationships, you can build brand advocacy in the contact centre, ensuring the staff are buying into you, and therefore buying into the brand. Through daily reporting on our innovative mobile app, you will be able to show how successful you are, and all the great things you are doing within the store to make us number 1.
