Technical Support Analyst (2nd line) to £25,000 – Based South Manchester This progressive and innovative IT Technical Services provider is seeking to recruit an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst to join a small team focussing on the remote support of client infrastructure solutions including MS Server, VMWare / Hyper-V technologies, O365, with occasional site visits. With previous experience of providing remote support, you will possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, be a team player and customer focussed. Technical Skills 1-2 years+ experience of: Windows Server 2008 - 2016 Active Directory inc Group Policy Virtualisation - Hyper-V, VMWare Veeam LAN Ideally current Microsoft Accreditation Other skills of interest include: Linux, Network Monitoring, Exchange admin, SQL. *The role will also involve occasional site visits and therefore you must own a car together with a full driving licence. The company specialises in Disaster Recovery and Back Up solutions for companies needing high availability and data security.
