Learning and Development Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term – Global Leader

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Learning and Development Manager to cover a period of maternity leave based out of our head office in Bradford.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of learning and talent development for our UK and Ireland business.

Learning and Development Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
+ Effective team management
+ Development of long and short term learning and talent development strategies
+ Ongoing management of existing development programmes for graduates, apprentices and differing levels of management
+ Evaluation of learning needs with support provided to address these
+ Review and management of training spend and budget
+ Accurate and timely reporting of learning and talent data
+ EMEA point of contact for learning management system (LMS)
+ Review and management of all learning and development activities
+ Creation and delivery of training courses
+ Interpretation and feedback of psychometric reports and 360s
+ Operate as a member of the HR Management team, providing ongoing support to the wider team
What We Are Looking For:
+ Experience working within learning or talent
+ A formal HR/Learning qualification
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills
+ Line management experience
+ Strong planning and organisation skills
+ Comfortable working across different levels within the business
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
+ Able to work independently whilst displaying enthusiasm to assist others
+ Full driving license
+ Experience working with the following development tools – psychometrics, 360 reviews and culture and engagement surveys
+ Experience working with a learning management system
+ Experience working with SuccessFactors
