To keep up with their increasing workload, they are looking for an additional Account Manager to join their successful, expanding sales team.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development and success of this exciting business, and be generously rewarded for the results you achieve.

You will use your outstanding communication, relationship building and account management skills to turn all your regular points of contact with clients and prospects into opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.

You will deal with a wide range of interesting and fun merchandise every day, and be encouraged to put forward your own new product ideas to generate further interest from customers and prospects, supported by your account management colleagues as well as the in-house design team.

You will manage a core supplier base in Europe and the Far East whilst bringing on new supply routes and negotiate on costings, ensuring projects are delivered on budget.

You'll have exceptional people skills, including an excellent telephone manner and a friendly and charismatic personality that clients can easily warm to.

As well as being great at building relationships, you'll be comfortable communicating at all levels, be it with clients, suppliers, or colleagues, on the phone, in writing, or in person.

Well-presented and approachable, a quick learner and excited by new challenges. Creative and forward thinking, excellent problem-solving skills and able to influence and persuade others to your point of view.

You thrive on hitting and exceeding sales targets and are proud of your track record of success in your career to date. Driven, motivated, and never afraid of hard work, you always go that extra mile to achieve results.

Ideally of graduate calibre, you'll be computer literate (particularly Microsoft Excel), have strong analytical and project management skills, and be great at organising, prioritizing, and managing your time.

Your ability to work well under pressure, often to tight deadlines, and your confidence handling multiple projects at the same time, make you ideally-suited to this fast-paced, high energy environment, where no two days are the same.

In addition to a competitive starting salary and a workplace pension, there is a generous commission plan to reward you for your success, with OTE of £60k plus and all within an exciting working environment.
