This company specialises in planning and buying cross-channel programmatic media. They help companies put programmatic technologies and techniques at the heart of their marketing strategy, developing the most sophisticated and holistic view possible of the customer journey online, offline and out of home. Due to rapid growth and expansion, they are recruiting a Paid Search Assistant to join their London office.

The role focuses on delivering the most cutting edge in paid search and paid social media campaigns for their portfolio of UK and International clients.

This is a great opportunity for a Paid Search expert to join an entrepreneurial start-up at an exciting phase in their growth. This role would suit an individual who is eager to learn more about how search impacts the whole digital omnichannel.

Direct report to Head of Performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements PPC and Paid social account structure.
- Performs daily account management of Paid Social and PPC accounts using Google Adwords, Bing and Facebook to ensure activity delivers against key business objectives.
- Match activity to site metrics, optimisation tools, e.g. Google Analytics goals
- Regularly monitor and optimise keyword bids, daily/monthly budgets, CTRs, impression share, quality score and other important metrics.
- Maintains and develops ad copy, sitelinks and other ad extensions.
- Provides recommendations for, and implements improvements to keyword lists, campaign structure and targeting.
- Monitors and manages key performance dashboards, web analytics, bid management tool and regular/ad hoc reports.
- Shares latest best practise, developments and trends across SEM and the wider digital landscape across the team

Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver campaigns which are effective against client defined goals
- Maintain and improve efficiency across all accounts (CPA)
- Detailed, accurate and insightful reporting on PPC activity

Personal Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrable PPC experience (agency or client side) minimum 1 year
- Google AdWords/Bing certifications
- Knowledge of AdWords, Bing, Google Analytics
- Experienced in keyword research, SQRs, bid optimisation and other important account management skills.
- Data analysis experience/ability to identify actionable insights from large data sets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear understanding of testing (ad copy and landing page).

Technical / professional qualifications:
- A professional marketing qualification or similar.
- Google AdWords/Bing certifications.

- Additional languages a plus
- Experience of SEO and other Digital Channels
