An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a prestigious Health Care Centre in Canterbury, Kent.

Your role

The company is looking for motivated person to fill a new position that has been created as the company expands.

They are looking for an individual who enjoys being responsible for every aspect of day-to-day operations and has a strong focus on delivering the highest standard of care, whilst driving sales and improving staff performance.

As the company grows, a Centre Manager is needed for providing WOW customer service while managing a team of clerical staff, motivating and managing the team to hit targets and meeting all necessary standards and protocols.

This role is for someone who thrives on being busy and successful.

Skills and experience

The company is looking for an experienced people manager who can demonstrate excellent customer service and administrative skills gained within a consumer-facing environment. You will need to be commercially astute with knowledge of Health and Safety and Health Insurance, and have experience in producing and analysing management information and data.

You will need to have:

- Experience of running a small business or private health care centre
- Experience of people management
- Money handling and sales ledger experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT and admin skills

The business specialises in precision health care, including chiropractic, spinal rehab, nutrition, weight loss, podiatry and bespoke orthotic prescription, sports injury, stress management and an array of massage treatments.

Your starting salary relies on what demonstrable skills you bring to this company and has great scope for increases. No commission payments made, however regular performance bonuses are available and very achievable.
