A client of mine is looking for 1 full time and 1 part time Support Worker in Harlow to work with children and young adults from Asylum seeking background.
You will be required to provide and support with the following:
1 responsibility for decision making, and follow policies and procedures in line with current Legislation.
2 promote structure, boundaries and domestic routines within the home.
3 in line with young people's care plans and health plans.
4 keep all relevant paperwork up to date within the provision.
5. On-Call duties
6. Education, Employment, Activities
7 Budgeting and Independence

Requirements for this role are as follows:
1. Minimum of 1 years experience doing a similar role
2 an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to have one
3 of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care required
4 preferred but not essential
5. Must be over the age of 21 (Employer has claimed an exemption under the Equality Act 2010)
***You will be paid minimum of £10 per hour
*** An opportunity to take on a permanent role if interested
***Should you take on a permanent role the organisation will pay for a Level 3 Diploma in children and Young People's Workforce if you do not one already.
